Annotation

If an Editor would like to work on recording relationships and places for "Escalator Over the Hill", there are a couple of useful sources. One is the LP booklet (see images in US release here), which lists personnel for each track. For recording places and dates, a valuable primary source is a document written by Carla Bley in 1972, "Accomplishing Escalator Over the Hill", currently available at
https://ethaniverson.com/accomplishing-escalator-over-the-hill-by-carla-bley/
As of 2023-10-20, recording and place relationships have been added for the recording "Why".
