Recorded in the studio by Flatt & Scruggs on three occasions.
The original 1949 recording for the Mercury label is roughly 2:40 long, and all solos are taken by either banjo or fiddle.
The 1965 re-recording, for Columbia, has solos from dobro and harmonica in addition to banjo and fiddle, and is about 2:20.
The 1967 recording, also for Columbia, has dobro but no harmonica, and is about 2:10.
