The name Sven Reverb is a pun about Jan Delay and "Sven" mimics Jan's nasal voice.
Jan Delay has covered "Irgendwie, irgendwo, irgendwann" which is, like "Nur geträumt", a song by Nena.
In that sense this work is also a parody not of that cover, but about that cover.
