Five discs each in a cardboard sleeve reproducing the artwork of it's original release. All housed together in a foldout cardboard box, which also includes a 12-page booklet with liner notes by David Wells, July 2006.

Disc 1: "The Captain's Birthday Party Live At The Roundhouse" recorded at The Roundhouse, London on 27 November 1977. All tracks (p) 1986 originally released on Stiff Records GET 4: Not the Captains Birthday Party?.
Disc 2: Recorded at The Moonlight Club, West Hampstead, April 1979. All tracks (p) 1993 originally released on Receiver Records RRCD 179: The School Bullies
Disc 3: Recorded at The Lyceum, London on 12 July 1981. All tracks (p) 1992 originally released on Receiver Records RRLP 159: Mindless, Directionless Energy: Live at the Lyceum 1981.
Disc 4: Recorded at The Mayfair, Newcastle on 14 October 1982. All tracks (p) 1983 originally released on Damned Records DAMU 2: Live at Newcastle.
Disc 5: Recorded at The Town & Country CLub, London on 13 June 1988. All tracks (p) 1989 originally released on Essential Records ESSLP 008: Final Damnation.

Track 3-8 "Love Song" has a technical error. The first 10 seconds are mono, before switching to stereo. The same song on 'Mindless, Directionless, Energy" does not have this error.
