Red Dragon (Single (2021))

Between Worlds, a song from Roger Subirana's Album XII, appeared under license in the film “Forever Young” (2018) directed by Li Fangfang. It was one of the highest grossing films of that year in China. This song was one of the most listened to in NetEase Music Cloud (the equivalent to Spotify but exclusive to China), accumulating more than 12 million listens in the referred period from March 2019 to April 2020. Between Worlds, it was already nominated in 2015 Hollywood Music in Media Awards in the Contemporary Classical / Instrumental category. Roger Subirana wants to show his gratitude and acknowledge the support of all his Chinese fans with the launch of Red Dragon. The composition has been produced for 4 months and features a hybrid soundtrack like a bridge between the occidenta and oriental styles by mixing different traditional Chinese instruments such as the Erhu, Guzheng or Moron Khuur. The composition presents a very elaborate orchestration that accumulates more than a hundred tracks of instruments. The premiere presentation will be done by documentary producer, Talk Show Host and best-seller TingTing Yu who recently launched the book “Inner Elegance of Independent Women”.
