Some day, some time ago in 2014, We thought there was nothing more in me to tell, nothing more worthy of being put out. But just recently We discovered that we were wrong. And this is the first step into the same and a different direction at the same time. The lyrics are in German, which is a big thing, since we have done most of our recordings in English before. It felt like it was time to use our native tongue to tell the things we want to, even if it felt a little scary at the beginning, not trusting the strength of the words. But ultimately, with this first step, it feels good and so the path will be continued. 9 Minuten is like an approach from a different angle, but with the safety of what you know. While we move forward in parts, we make sure to bring some beloved things from the past with us. We will not explain what the song is about for us, since we want everyone to have his/her own way of connecting to the music and the lyrics. And even if you are not able to understand German, there is still a lot to discover in the melodies and harmonies.
