After the Reunion of Germany in 1990, there was a desoriented period, where the Manufacturers don't know, if the should use 'West Germany'. In 1991 they decided to Imprint 'Made in Germany'. The PMDC adding was made afterwards at the next reissued products, so supposed for the following Year in 1992.
