Early pre-ordered copies came with a Signed/Unsigned option. This option was removed shortly before the albums actual release date.

Although distribution stores claim/claimed “CD with slipcase and 16-page booklet”, the album is/was actually issued without a slipcase. Signed copy’s were simply signed on the front panel of the digipak sleeve.
