This album is Carbon Based Lifeforms' first demo album, released in 2006 as a download on their website.

The following was included with the download:

"CBL was originally a trio called Notch who mainly wrote dancemusic in various forms.
Notch was Mikael Lindqvist (Miguel), Johannes Hedberg (GioNic) and Daniel Ringström (TiN)
Later on CBL was formed by Daniel and Johannes."
