Got it as part of a "TWO4ONE" bundle along with "Heavy as a really heavy thing" (album of same band). See German Amazon link. Looking up the catalog number makes me think that the bundled edition is the same as the 2007 reissue. (Ie: there's absolutely no difference aside from the additional cardboard that bundles both jewel cases together).
