Nous voici à présent de retour sur la terre ferme.
Le Grand Départ; un monde à découvrir, des idées reçues à affaiblir.
La nature s'offre à nous.
Un appel au voyage responsable.
Mile After Mile résume le plaisir du road trip. Décontracté. De longues étendues, et pas un seul nuage.
Son refrain évoque tout de même la beauté ressentie, le souffle coupé quand on se retrouve dans les Highlands écossais ou encore dans les Fjords norvégiens.
L'EP se termine avec le morceau Heimweh, littéralement "le mal de la maison" en allemand. Le mal du pays.
Car lorsque notre petit voyageur est parti trop longtemps, sans doute viendra-t-il à lui manquer sa terre natale, ses amis restés derrière lui.
Mais aussi les nuits à la belle étoile, où l'on apprécie le temps qui s'enfuit.

Le Grand Départ, - The Great Departure -, a world to be discovered, stereotypes to be forgotten.
Nature comes to us.
A call to responsible travel.
Mile After Mile sums up the pleasure of a good road trip. Relaxed. Deep landscapes, not a single cloud to be seen.
Its chorus does stop us for a minute, while one can stand breathless, observing the pure beauty of the Scottish Highlands, or the Norwegian Fjords.
The EP ends with Heimweh, a German word which litteraly translates to "home pain". Home sickness.
Yes indeed, when our wee traveller has been gone for long, surely will he be missing his hometown, and friends left behind.
Perhaps one can also enjoy a calm night under the stars, not caring about time flying away.
