This is an album of electronic improvisation pieces. All were made using a Tascam 4-track. I put a regular tape of organ music in the cassette deck, and as the 4-track would record at > regular speed, the tape played fast. I used the other channels to create feedback loops, such that when e.g. the volume or pitch knobs were moved, the feedback oscillated. I could slide the fader back and forth to vary the amount of organ music and feedback. I recorded the whole thing through an X-clef, a very early MP3 player, which added an extra level of distortion (the jingling, shimmering effect).
