Perfect Records welcomes back Arkham Sound with a brand new 5 track release. The EP gets straight to the point with TMSV's remix of 'Heat's Mandatory', condensing the original into a short and sweet (and super distorted) system destroyer. The title track 'Elseworlds' shows Arkham Sound's range with its juxtaposition of ghostly pads and otherworldly bells with ripping bass and hard-hitting drums. Third is 'Hostile Universe', striking a loud balance between neurofunk drum & bass, dubstep and what it must sound like when Arkham Sound hacks into your brand new quantum computer. 'Codec' channels Psycho Mantis x Shadow Moses energy with crazy sound design, acid synths and industrial drums. The EP closes on a familiar note with the original 'Heat's Mandatory'.
