Annotation

On this specially priced 8-cd set - available together for the first time - are The English Concert's recordings of Bach from the late 1970s and the early 1980s. These have remained benchmarks of early-music performance. Included here are the six Brandenburg Concertos, the three Orchestral Suites, all thirteen harpsichord concertos, the three authenticated violin concertos - and multiple instrument concertos.
