Remark: The glass master for disc 4 has a faulty TOC. Index for track 9 should have been set at 2:12 (from last index) = duration of track 8. Index was set at 3:08 = duration of track 9. All tracks up to track 18 have wrong starting and end points. At index 18 the missing 2:12 song was inserted. It is not known whether earlier glass master versions (known version 842225 2 . 4) are affected or not. Version 842225 2 . 6 is known to be error-free.
