Héron (Trad and folk artist)

Héron is a folk music project led by Quebec singer-songwriter Henri Kinkead. After performing with the band Kinkead and supporting various local artists, he launched Héron as a solo endeavor. The project draws from folk, indie rock, and traditional Québécois music. On stage, Héron brings together musicians from Montreal’s trad and pop scenes. In 2023, the project reached the finals of the Francouvertes.
